The information you provide directly to us on or through our Site may include: (a) information provided when requesting a quotation, sample, technical data sheet or other service; (b) records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us; (c) details of the project you are working on, including glass type, dimensions and performance targets; and (d) your search queries on the Site.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including: (a) details of your visits to our Site, other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site; and (b) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type. 4. Cookies
We use and may engage certain third-party analytics providers to use cookies, web beacons and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”) on the Site. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser, device or the page you are viewing. Some cookies are deleted once you close your browser, while other cookies are retained even after you close your browser so that you can be recognized on each subsequent visit. Cookies on our Site are generally classified into the following categories:
Required/Operational Cookies: These are required for the operation of our Site and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to your actions and include, for example, cookies that enable you to set your own preferences or fill in forms. These are session cookies that are erased when you close your browser and do not store any personal information.
Performance/Analytical Cookies: These allow us to recognize and count the number of users of our Site and understand how users navigate through it. They tell us which pages are the most and least popular, which helps us to improve how our Site works. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. We may use third-party web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; for more information on opting out, see the Choices section below.
Advertising Cookies: These may be set through our Site by our authorized and trusted third-party advertising partners, which allows them to serve you targeted advertising (also referred to as “online behavioral advertising” or “interest-based advertising”) on our behalf across the Internet as you visit other websites that recognize the cookie. If you refuse or disable these cookies you will not enjoy targeted advertising from us or our advertising partners.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly intend to collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Age of consent
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this policy: (a) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (b) to contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business, who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them; and (c) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, in which personal information held by the Company about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
We may also disclose your personal information: (a) to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; and (b) to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements.

9. Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA / UK Residents)
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:
Your consent;
The performance of the contract between you and the Site;
Compliance with our legal obligations;
To protect your vital interests;
To perform a task carried out in the public interest;
For our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

When you submit an inquiry or request through the Site, we will retain your personal information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the Your Rights section below.
11. Automatic Decision-Making
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
12. Your Rights (Accessing and Correcting Your Information)
Depending on where you live, your rights may include the right to access, correct, update and erase your personal information; to object to or restrict the processing of your personal information; to receive a portable copy of your personal information; to withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can review and change your personal information by contacting us using the details in Section 2. You may also contact us to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
13. Where We Store and Process Your Information
Given the global nature of our business, personal information may be stored and processed for the lawful purposes described in this policy at different group levels (global, regional and local) where the Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain operations, and where necessary to provide services or to manage our business. We recognize that the EU/EEA countries have certain data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that generally restrict the transfer of personal information about individuals in the EU to certain other countries unless there is “adequate protection” for such information when it is received. To address this restriction, we apply a consistent set of rules to all transfers of personal information and, where required, we enter into the Standard Contractual Clauses for the Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries (“Model Contract”) to provide adequate protection for such transfers.
14. Data Security
In accordance with applicable law, we maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration and disclosure, wherever it is stored or processed. The safety and security of your information also depends on you; where we have given you a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
15. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Currently, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. If we change our approach, we will update this policy accordingly.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to this privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your account, and/or through a notice on the Site home page. The date the policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Site and this policy to check for any changes.
17. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 2. If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We will cooperate with any such authority and strive to resolve your concerns promptly.
