1. Production and Lead Time

Standard stock sizes (1.22 m / 1.52 m wide × 30 m long rolls): stock preparation and shipment are completed within 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
Custom products (special widths, lengths, patterns or functional coatings): additional production and stock-preparation time is required, typically 7–15 business days; the specific lead time is subject to the order confirmation.
Large-volume orders: the lead time will be confirmed separately based on the order quantity, specifications and production scheduling, and will be expressly set out in the contract or order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

We offer the following common logistics channels, which can be selected according to the destination country, cargo weight and customer requirements:

•  International air express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): about 5–7 business days
•  International air freight (general trade): about 7–10 business days
•  International ocean freight (LCL / FCL): about 20–30 days, depending on the destination port

Actual delivery time is subject to carrier capacity and customs clearance progress at the destination port. Force majeure factors such as holidays, peak-season congestion, severe weather and port congestion may delay the lead time, and we will inform the customer promptly.

3. Trade Terms and Customs Duties

Freight calculation: freight is charged on the greater of the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the cargo. Volumetric weight formula: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 6000 (or per the carrier's published standard). Roll products are usually light in weight but large in volume, so they are generally charged by volumetric weight.
Trade terms: our quotations are by default on an EXW (Ex Works) basis; we can also provide FOB Shanghai, CIF or DAP terms as required by the order, subject to the export contract or proforma invoice.
Duties and taxes: import duties, VAT and any other taxes and customs clearance charges incurred at the destination port shall be borne by the buyer, who shall confirm the relevant import licenses and customs procedures of the destination country before shipment.

4. Packaging and Insurance

Packaging: all rolls are packed on thickened cardboard cores meeting export standards with moisture-proof and scratch-resistant packaging, ensuring the roll core does not deform and the film surface is not damaged during transit.
Insurance: transit insurance can be arranged on the buyer's request, with the relevant premium borne by the buyer; if the buyer does not take out separate insurance, the risk of the goods during transit shall be borne by the buyer.
