These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the products, quotations and related information provided by NanHai Display Limited. (the "Company", "we" or "us") to users through its official website www.nanhaidisplay.com (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site or browsing or using its content, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all of the provisions of these Terms.

2. Product Specifications

The Company specializes in the research, development and manufacture of functional window films. Our products address the performance requirements of architectural and industrial glass, including privacy, glare, fogging, UV and heat insulation, achieved through micron-scale coatings, and provide a single-supplier solution for the overall glazing performance of an entire building. The ten professional functional film product lines shown on the Site include:

• Anti-Fog Film: A hydrophilic coating that instantly disperses condensation, suitable for mirrors, freezer glass and swimming pool partitions.
• Polarizing Window Film: A nano-coated optical privacy film that blocks on-screen content from external view while maintaining daylight and transparency.
•  Anti-UV Film: Contains UV-resistant masterbatch to protect exhibits, interiors and merchandise from fading without altering their appearance.
•  Anti-Reflection Window Film: A fluorine-based film that suppresses reflected light pollution and eliminates glare on curtain walls and display cases.
•  Self-Cleaning Window Film: A hydrophobic film that causes water droplets to bead and carry away surface dirt.
•  Anti-Laser Window Film: Attenuates specific laser wavelengths to protect sensitive interiors, sensors and personnel.
•  Photochromic Window Film: Darkens in strong light and returns to transparent as light diminishes, reducing solar heat gain with zero energy consumption.
•  Heat Insulation Window Film: A spectrally selective film that blocks infrared solar heat while transmitting visible light.
•  Anti-Bacterial Window Film: An anti-bacterial surface treatment that inhibits bacterial growth on high-touch glass and partitions.
•  Clear Projection Film: Transforms shop windows or partitions into high-definition projection surfaces — advertising at night, clear glass by day.

The parameters, specifications, performance data, images and technical descriptions of the product lines above are compiled based on measured data under standard test conditions and are provided for your reference during selection and evaluation only. Actual product performance may differ somewhat from the parameters shown on the Site due to factors such as raw material batches, production processes, test environments and actual installation conditions. Our technologies (including GlassMovie®, GiantMirror® and Celaeno®) are controlled by in-house R&D and formulation. The suitability of a product shall be subject to the formal product specification, technical agreement or contract annex confirmed by both parties; the content of this Site does not constitute any express or implied warranty or commitment as to quality. The Company reserves the right to improve or update product designs, specifications, parameters and technical data without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Validity

All quotations provided on the Site or by our sales staff are for reference only and do not constitute a legally binding offer. Formal quotations shall be subject to a written quotation bearing the Company's official seal or a contract signed by both parties. Where a quotation states a validity period, that period shall prevail; where no validity period is stated, the default validity period shall be [30] calendar days from the date the quotation is issued. Quotations may be adjusted within their validity period due to objective factors such as raw material prices, exchange-rate fluctuations and market supply and demand; quotations not confirmed before expiry shall automatically lapse, and the parties shall re-confirm the price. Whether prices include taxes, freight or installation services shall be subject to the quotation and the final contract. Custom specifications (dimensions, light transmittance, color, functional combinations and branded packaging) and minimum order quantities shall be subject to the technical and commercial terms confirmed by both parties. Upon receiving your glass type, dimensions and performance targets, our engineers will respond with samples and quotations within one business day.

4. Product Warranty and Compliance Statement

The Company provides a written warranty for the quality and compliance of its products. We have established full-process control from raw substrate screening to final weathering-cycle testing, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency for every roll. Standard roll dimensions are 1.22 m and 1.52 m in width and 30 m in length, with customization supported. Relevant documents are prepared in accordance with the regulations of the importing country. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court at the place where the Company is registered.
