Ordered this swing on 7/28 and as on 9/1 the swing will not swing the baby, no matter what setting. The music plays but the touch screen glitches every time I turn the swing on. Tried it without the wire and with the batteries the same thing happened. Tried it with the remote and the only way it swings if I sit next to it and swing it manually.
